Summer Intership 2026
The Bay Club Summer Intership is an eight-week program running June 15 through August 9, 2026, with the option to extend an additionl 2-4 weeks at the beginning or end of the program. To see highlights from the 2025 program, click the video below:
The 2026 program will include exposure to the Sports, Outdoor Recreation and Active Lifestyle industry with opportunities to experience the operations of the Bay Club Company. It will also feature:
Participation in our Leadership Development Program
Opportunieties to collaborate with members of our corporate team
Hands-on operational experience within our clubs
Exposure to multiple Bay Club locations, as well as leaders and organizations across the sports, outdoor recreation, and active lifestyle industries.
In addition, the paid intership will be offered across three markets:
eligibility requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
- Sports or active lifestyle experience preferred (competitive or recreational sports participation, fitness enthusiast, etc.) but not required
- Currently erolled in college, trade school, or a similar program preferred, but not required
- Must be able to participate in the full 8-week program
