The Bay Club’s internship program is designed to give high school students meaningful exposure to the Sports, Outdoor Recreation, and Active Lifestyle industry, while building real-world skills, professional confidence, and career insight in a structured, supportive environment.

Earn CPR, AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard credentials.
What to expect
The Bay Club High School Internship Program is paid and structured to complement school commitments. Here’s how it works:
- Paid Internship: Interns are paid hourly throughout the full duration of the school-year program.
- Weekday Commitment:
- Minimum of one flexible weekday per week at an East Bay Club location
- Focus on hands-on operational experience
- Opportunity to take on additional paid shifts based on availability
- Weekend Commitment:
- One scheduled weekend group session per week
- Dedicated to training, leadership development, Bay Area Club tours, and product knowledge
